I’m LaKeitha Ingram, a community leader, youth advocate, sports program developer, and founder dedicated to creating opportunities for young people to grow, lead, and succeed.
My background is rooted in youth development, community programming, education, athletics, and leadership. Through my work with youth-serving organizations and community programs, I’ve had the opportunity to develop and manage programs that combine sports, academic support, leadership development, wellness, and mentorship.
As a founder, I believe that young people need more than a place to participate—they need someone who believes in their potential. That belief is what drives me to create programs where youth can build confidence, develop discipline, discover their strengths, and understand that their circumstances do not have to define their future.
My experience in basketball and youth programming has also taught me the importance of teamwork, accountability, consistency, and trusting the process. I use those same principles in my leadership and entrepreneurial work.
I am passionate about building organizations and programs that are intentional, inclusive, and community-centered. Whether I’m developing a sports league, mentoring a young person, creating a new program, or building a business, my goal is always the same: create pathways to opportunity and help people recognize what they are capable of becoming.
As a founder, I want my legacy to be bigger than a business or an organization. I want it to be measured by the lives impacted, young people encouraged, opportunities created, and communities strengthened.
My philosophy is simple: Give people an opportunity, give them someone who believes in them, and give them the tools to succeed.
